Jennifer Su brings over a decade of experience and a wealth of knowledge to NPAG. Her journey began as an elementary school teacher, who became captivated by the impact of strong and efficient administration, particularly in finance, operations, and human resource management.
Before joining NPAG, Jennifer successfully led numerous teams in various nonprofit organizations, including NYC’s Department of Education and New York University. Her expertise lies in financial management, planning, budget execution, system improvements, and policy development. Jennifer’s passion lies in working with mission-based organizations, and she draws inspiration from their commitment to educational, social, racial, and economic justice.
Jennifer holds a B.A. in Finance and Business Management, as well as an M.S. in Early Childhood Education. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, reading, traveling, exploring new foods, and spending quality moments with her husband, two sons, and her golden retriever.
