Laura is a Senior Manager of Research & Knowledge. She identifies strategic networks to support our search teams to build out deep, diverse candidate pools and also keeps the team abreast of sector trends and resources. Laura is an information professional, writer, and cat lover who is based in Ohio. A librarian by trade and an organizer at heart, she works to build strong networks and communities that bring diverse voices to the table.

She holds a degree in English with a minor in Film from Ohio University, a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Kent State University, and is currently working on an MBA from Ohio University. In her spare time Laura can usually be found trying new recipes, attending a Toastmasters meeting, or playing video games.
