Natalia brings over 15 years of professional experience within the social sector. Prior to joining NPAG as a Client Engagement Administrator, she worked in grants management at several immigrant-serving nonprofits and as an academic librarian at the University of Delaware and the North Carolina State University. She is driven to support mission-oriented institutions with her strong project management, empathetic communications, and systems-thinking skills.

Natalia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Africana, Puerto Rican, and Latino Studies from CUNY-Hunter College and a Master of Library Science from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.

Originally from New York City, Natalia currently lives in Raleigh, North Carolina. Outside of work, Natalia loves to spend time with loved ones exploring nature, making art, and laughing.
