Agog: The Immersive Media Institute (Agog) is a new venture that works to help people use XR to imagine and build a better world. The institute connects creators and mission-based groups and provides them with technical and creative support to communicate about a more just, climate-friendly future.

With growth in, and growing awareness of, the XR field, and under the leadership of Co-Founder and Executive Director Chip Giller, Agog is poised for big impact as an ecosystem builder across the XR industry, the nonprofit sector, philanthropy, academia, and media. Its mission is to help people use XR to imagine a better world. Agog is building a leadership team that embraces this mission and the following values:

Agog, a groundbreaking nonprofit organization at the intersection of technology, communications, and social impact, is seeking an experienced operations professional to join its start-up team. As a core member of the operations team, the Operations Manager will support a growing organization by creating and improving upon the systems and structures that drive Agog’s work. They will also work closely with an integrated family office management company to manage Agog’s core operational support across functions including legal, grants, HR, finance, and IT.
