Measures of Impact
Our placements represent our commitment to supporting the diversification of sector leadership. Over 70% of our placements from 2020-2022 identify as BIPOC, and over half as women of color.
We have successfully completed over 600 searches since 2002, including approximately 30% at the President/CEO/Executive Director level and the balance a range of leadership positions across functional areas.
Our team works 100% virtually across the U.S. and internationally – including team concentrations on the East and West Coasts, Midwest, Southeast and Pacific Northwest.
We primarily serve social justice movements and their support ecosystems, including organizations and roles in executive and operational leadership, policy and advocacy, direct service, conveners, and grantmakers and philanthropists of all sizes and spanning movements and fields including economic and racial justice, climate justice, reproductive justice, health and education equity, immigrant justice, arts and culture, and technology for social good.
Over 50% of our work comes from repeat clients who come back time and again as they grow and evolve.
