Over the last four years, TFAH has sharpened its ability to do impactful work and transformed organizationally by growing its staff to 18, increasing its annual operating budget to more than $5 million, and doubling the number of its funding partners. Now, at a critical time for the field of public health – ranging from the COVID-19 pandemic to an expansive focus on health equity and racial justice under the leadership of a new President and CEO, TFAH now seeks a new Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer who will serve as a strategic thought partner in shaping TFAH’s work advancing the field of public health through evidence-based policies and programs.

The salary is commensurate with experience, and TFAH provides a competitive benefits package. All TFAH staff are currently teleworking. This position is based in Washington, DC and eventually will require in office presence. TFAH requires its employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and to wear a facemask while on the premises at all times unless alone in a private office, in compliance with current federal and local government directives and guidance.
