Eva Rosenberg

Senior Associate

Eva's career spans the arts, higher education, and philanthropy. She has partnered with a wide variety of mission-based leaders and organizations across thematic areas as a strategist and coach.

Additionally, Eva is an accomplished trainer and catalyst on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion and has a track record of leading culture change around equity in institutional contexts.

While in graduate school, she encountered the field of adaptive leadership and was inspired by the central concept that leadership is an activity rather than a role. This experience crystallized a passion for leadership and eventually led to Eva's transition into the field of search, where supporting executives and organizations through transition is core. In addition to adaptive leadership, Eva draws on immunity to change and adult development frameworks, intersectional feminist movement history, and queer theory as sources of wisdom in her work and life.

Aside from her professional pursuits, Eva's passions include natural wine, travel, and scuba diving. She is Boston-based but can usually be found somewhere warmer!
