Jennifer joined NPAG in March of 2023. She holds a B.A. in Finance and Business Administration, and an M.S. in Early Childhood Education. Jennifer started her early career as an elementary school teacher, but was captivated by working on the administration side, specifically in finance, operations, and human resource management.
She joins NPAG with a decade of experience and a wealth of knowledge in finance, operations, and human resources. Prior to NPAG, she has successfully led numerous teams in various nonprofit organizations, NYC’s Department of Education, and at New York University, in financial planning, budget execution, system improvements, and developing policies.
Jennifer is passionate in working with mission-based organizations and is inspired by their commitment to social, racial, and economic justice. In her free time, she enjoys weight lifting, reading, traveling, exploring new foods, and spending time with her husband, two sons, and her labrador retriever.
