Victoria Kim (she/they) is grounded in community and collective liberation.
Victoria brings ten years of experience from various justice-based work to NPAG. Victoria most recently served as an administrative professional working specifically with antiracist organizational development consultants, most notably with Beyond Conflict, providing administrative assistance and project coordination. With Beyond Conflict, Victoria created organizational systems and processes to maintain project timelines and track deliverables to keep the Founder and President organized. Victoria also has more than five years of experience in progressive nonprofit organizations from the LGBTQ+ advocacy and reproductive health, rights, and justice movements, recognizing that these movements and all movements are inextricably intertwined.
Victoria currently supports the South Jersey Mutual Aid Network, a volunteer-led grassroots effort that provides resources directly to families at a local level. As a lead organizer, Victoria works alongside neighbors and fellow community members to assist in outreach and deliveries, logistics and strategic planning, and fundraising.
For fun, Victoria enjoys reading, being surrounded by nature, and playing the New York Times suite of games. On February 7, 2024, Victoria solved the Wordle on the first guess.
