Linh is a nationally recognized leader in organizational strategy, talent development, and change management in support of the mission-driven sector. Linh’s career has been devoted to helping organizations develop transformative strategies, agile leadership, and aligned structures and systems to achieve impact through authentic collaboration with partners, stakeholders, and communities. Most recently he served as Chief Operating Officer at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation in Battle Creek, Michigan. Prior to joining the foundation, Linh spent over 25 years in financial and organizational consulting.
“Linh is a widely respected servant leader who brings extraordinary skill, care, and insight to every aspect of his work. Throughout his career Linh has helped numerous organizations, teams, and leaders fulfill their potential in service to the public good. As NPAG is often sought after for our ability to bring talent, structure and strategy together for organizations, Linh greatly enhances our capacity to fulfill our clients’ visions through his deep experience across the spectrum of human capital management, organizational development, and leadership excellence. We are honored to be able to invite our long-time friend to the NPAG team,” said Katherine Jacobs, CEO.
Linh started his career with Cambridge Associates, a highly regarded international financial and investment consulting firm based in Boston, MA, where he specialized in investment measurement and long-range financial modeling. Shifting from financial to human resources, Linh continued his journey at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) where he specialized in complex business transformation, organizational change, and talent development. In addition to Accenture, Linh also has experience running his own consulting practice and helping other consultancies grow.
“I am grateful and honored to be part of the wonderful NPAG family and can’t wait to get started,” said Nguyen. “I fervently believe in the power of communities and mission-driven partners in tackling systemic problems and engendering positive change. It will be exciting and a privilege to contribute to NPAG’s continued growth while serving clients and communities at a time of great need, disruption, and opportunity across so many important mission areas.”
